Missionary Road has a passion first and foremost to fulfill the Great Commission through the Church and seeks to empower followers of Jesus to live with this passion.
Missionary Road hopes to create a network of like-minded Christians who desire to be united in fulfilling the Great Commission and intentional to reach out to people here in the US and to the most unreached and unengaged people groups around the world.
Missionary Road seeks to live out the following verses:
Matthew 28:19 Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them inthe name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.
Acts 1:8 But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.
MissionaryRoad.com was birthed out of its creator, Ken, who’s heart was stirred back in 2003 for reaching out to the lost in Orange County, CA. Ever since then, he has been on a journey to follow Jesus, make Jesus known to those around him, and empower friends and family to live a life of making Jesus known both with Jesus’ Grace and Truth together, and with Pauls dependence on the Power of the Holy Spirit to proclaim the Gospel boldly and his intentionality to focus on boasting in Jesus Christ and Him crucified.
Ken was born and raised in Michigan by two awesome Christian parents who are still together and following Jesus as well. He attended the University of Michigan and graduated with a B.S.E. in Mechanical Engineering there.
Ken currently works as a blogger and internet marketer and is praying over his next steps of either living oversees or planting a church community (Acts style!) in the heart of Los Angeles among the porn industry and gay community.
Thank you for all your prayers and feel free to connect with him on Facebook (ken.fleck@gmail.com) or Myspace (http://www.myspace.com/KJF) if you are interested in sharing your thoughts, writing for Missionary Road, or becoming a Sponsor.
